Fuze Modular
Multi-Residential

Working as the mechanical contractor with Melloul-Blamey Construction, the Fuze Modular build is one of only a handful of modular builds in Ontario and the first Z-Modular multi-residential build in our local area.

The building houses 103 apartment units and multiple common spaces.

A modular build means that each suite is completely finished and connected to services in the hallway. Arcadian is completing the mechanical connections for the whole building.
