Co-Founder and President

Luke Shantz, Founder and President, has dedicated over a decade to supporting renewable energy and optimization across various sectors. With a background as a certified Millwright and extensive project management experience, Luke envisioned Arcadian Projects as an integrated service for clients seeking comprehensive design-to-execution expertise. Under his leadership, our teams have gained credibility and earned referrals from stakeholders across all industries.
